Speakers have a new look!
The 011394 SIP Speaker and 011396 InformaCast-Enabled Speaker will now ship with these additional features and there is no change in pricing.
“In today’s environment, knowing that emergency communications are reaching the intended audience is crucial. Adding an audio health check to these speakers lets our customers verify that their devices are online and working. This and other enhancements will provide our customers with a more feature-rich paging solution without an increase in the cost,” said Phil Lembo, President & CEO of CyberData. He continued, “We’re focused on the future and how current offerings fit within our long-term strategic goals. This update just makes sense.” Mr Lembo added that the Speakers have also gotten a new look and their product names have been revised to reflect their new functionality.
Though the speakers have received a facelift, the measurements of the speakers are exactly the same, and these devices will still fit within the CyberData Speaker Mounts. Additionally, the 011121 Auxiliary Analog Speaker, which connects to a SIP or InformaCast Speaker to expand coverage, will receive the same new design features.
CyberData also announced they will be migrating the current talk-back variants of their SIP and InformaCast-Enabled Speakers to End of Life:
- 011398 SIP Talk-Back Speaker – replaced by 011394 SIP Speaker with Talk-Back
- 011400 InformaCast-Enabled Talk-Back Speaker – replaced by 011396 InformaCast-Enabled Speaker with Talk- Back
