CyberData Introduces Extended Warranty
CyberData is pleased to introduce a new Extended Warranty program for CyberData products. Extending the warranty on your device gives you that added protection and ensures that the covered device will operate in accordance with CyberData’s specifications for the covered period.
Currently, CyberData warrants its product against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years from time of purchase (Warranty Period). Should the product fail within Warranty, CyberData will repair or replace the product free of charge, based on CyberData’s RMA evaluation of the failure mode. This Warranty includes all parts and labor.
With our new Extended Warranty program, you now have the option to extend the Warranty Period for an additional two years. During this period CyberData will repair or replace the equipment that has failed due to normal use and operation. Equipment abuse, installation errors, modifications, and Acts of Nature are not covered, including power surges.
