The CyberData 4-port PoweredUSB Hub with external power supply provides a simple and affordable way to add up to four PoweredUSB ports to your PC that are controlled by the PC's Stand-by/Wake commands. With this PoweredUSB add-on hub, it is easy to connect devices that need more than the standard USB interface supplied 500mA of +5 volts. The 4-port hub includes plug-n-play installation, three +12V ports (1.5A each) and one +24V port (2.3A), multiple power supply options, peripheral power control by PC stand-by/wake commands, short-circuit and over-current protection, LED indicators to show power and USB 2.0 status, instruction manual, and two-year warranty. The 4-Port hub is also designed to mount into Dell's Retail Integrator system.

The CyberData PoweredUSB hub is designed with circuitry that protects the communcation and power lines from damage when hot plugging non-PoweredUSB compliant peripherals.
