This procedure is intended to define the process of returning and re-stocking CyberData products.
1.1 Any unused, unopened CyberData product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less a 15% product re-stocking fee. To return product, please contact your sales representative and provide a product description (ie. PoweredUSB Cable), the CyberData part number for the product, and the associated customer purchase order number.
Prior to the return of the product, the 30-day warranty status will be determined and written return approval must be provided.
1.2 All returned product must be in the original, unopened CyberData product packaging. Return shipping/packing material must ensure safe product arrival to CyberData.
1.3 The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any product return.
1.4 All shipments will have the package clearly marked as “Return Material” and must include the customer’s original purchase order number and a list of part numbers of the enclosed products.
1.5 Upon satisfactory return of products, CyberData will issue return payment, less the 15% re-stocking fee.
