Lower limit for SIP registration is now 1 minute.
Added 200/OK response to SIP/NOTIFY command (necessary for better Cisco compatibility).
Solarwinds_TFTP - The application allows users to set a fixed IP address or an IP address range to be authorized in the use of this Server. Also, users can adjust the Server operation to only receive or only send files.
Discovery_Utility - The Discovery Utility scans the network and reports back any found VoIP devices that are attached to the physical network.

    - You must pay for shipping to CyberData. CyberData will pay for all of the UPS Ground return shipping costs.
