Fixed an issue where it wasn't displaying name servers on the main page when set with a static ip.
Added an extra delay during dhcp negotiation to keep the first query from failing.

Fixed an issue where the dhcp transaction id could be the same between multiple devices when booted at the same time.

Solarwinds_TFTP - The application allows users to set a fixed IP address or an IP address range to be authorized in the use of this Server. Also, users can adjust the Server operation to only receive or only send files.
Discovery_Utility - The Discovery Utility scans the network and reports back any found VoIP devices that are attached to the physical network.
Autoprovisioning Template - With autoprovisioning enabled, the board will get it's configuration from a remote TFTP server on boot or periodically on a scheduled delay.
