CyberData evaluation policy for sending out evaluation units of its products is as follows:

1. All evaluation units must be ordered via a “no sales” Purchase Order (or credit card order in some instances) from customer.  The Purchase Order must contain the following:
2. CyberData product part number
3. CyberData product description
4. Bill to address
5. Ship to address
6. Shipment method & account number
7. Requested delivery date
8. Payment terms
9. F.O.B. – “Monterey” or “Origin”
10. Customer contact name and number

All units sent out for evaluation must be returned within 30-days of receipt undamaged and in original packaging.  For units not returned within 30-days or retuned damaged or with non-original packaging will be subject to invoice to customer for full amount of the purchase price.

CyberData reserves the right to take credit card info and charge customer in advance for evaluation units.  If customer is charged in advance for evaluation units, a full refund will be issued to the customer upon return of the product undamaged and in original packaging
