Manufacturers of Application Specific Endpoints for Unified Communications today announced their line of IP-based Speakers for use with Singlewire’s InformaCast and InformaCast CK Software products.
As a Singlewire endpoint, customers now have additional options for enhancing and improving overall network‐wide communications. CyberData and Objectworld Announce Verified Unified Communications Paging Solution for SMBs
VoIP Speakers, Amplifiers and Controllers Achieve Interoperability with Objectworld UC Server
OTTAWA, Canada — March 30, 2009 — Objectworld Communications Corp. today announced extending its unified communications paging offering with verified interoperable products from CyberData Corporation. CyberData announced the shipment of its first two-way communications device, the VoIP Intercom.
The VoIP Intercom is an IP-42 rated, single call button, auto-answer, SIP device. It operates as a SIP based door entry system with DTMF access control, or as an emergency phone with mass notification capabilities.
The VoIP Intercom allows for a cost effective access control or emergency notification, utilizing existing local area networks while saving installers and end users time and resources due to its ease of installation.

CyberData Corporation has recently developed firmware that enables one to use our VoIP Ceiling Speakers and Loudspeaker Amplifier with
Cisco’s Call Manger Express (CME) to create paging zones based on multicast addresses and port number combinations. Through Cisco’s
Technology Development Partner program (TDP), CyberData has demonstrated the ability to create up to 10 paging zones with different
priorities so that higher priority pages such as emergency evacuations can interrupt lower priority pages. With this multicast solution,
CyberData was also able to demonstrate continuous streaming background music from any .wav file that can be played on CyberData VoIP paging
speakers on the lowest priority and interrupted with higher priority pages.
